Will I see images during a session?

It differs from person to person. You keep your eyes closed during the session. Some people notice visual impressions in their very first session, others only after a few sessions. Both are normal.

Do I need my own headphones?

Yes, headphones are not included. neuroVIZR is designed not to get in the way of the headphones you already own. Any pair works; noise-cancelling headphones are even better.

Does a session fit in before sleep?

Yes, as part of a calm evening routine. Heart Space and Gentle Moves are among the calmest sessions in the library. Try two or three calm sessions and stay with the one that feels most right to you.

And during the day?

That works too. A common rhythm: a focused session in the morning, a balancing one at midday and a calm one in the evening. If you want to gather yourself for a task, Focused Attention is a good place to start.

How often can I do a session?

Daily, if you like. Start with one session a day and find out which sessions suit which moment. You can also combine two, for example one in the morning and one in the evening. If you feel overstimulated or tired, take a day off or choose a calmer session.

Can I take the device when I travel?

ORIGINAL and ROUGE have a built-in battery and connect to the app via Bluetooth. ORIGINAL plays sessions offline, so no internet connection is needed, and ROUGE comes in a luxury case. LITE needs a wired power source during every session.
