Returns

For us to refund the purchase price under the guarantee:

• You request the return within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
• The device is in good condition, with no significant damage and no signs of improper use.
• You send back all original parts complete: the device with everything that came with it (for neuroVIZR the headgear or headband, cable and case, for VIVOBASE MOVE the protective bumper, charging cable and power adapter), the original packaging and all accessories and any extras.
• You enclose proof of purchase, for example your order confirmation.

We check every return for completeness and condition when it arrives.

Write to us at info@neurovizr.ch with the details of your order. Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive the return instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns under the guarantee without prior approval; a statutory withdrawal is governed by the withdrawal information.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Under the guarantee, we may refuse a refund in whole or in part if

• parts are missing or the product is returned incomplete,
• the device shows significant signs of use or damage,
• there are signs of improper use, or
• the original packaging is significantly damaged or destroyed.

If you return a device under the guarantee, we will let you know after receiving and checking it whether the refund is approved. Approved amounts are refunded within 10 working days to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional time. For a statutory withdrawal, the deadlines in the withdrawal information apply.

If more than 15 working days have passed since our confirmation, please contact us at info@neurovizr.ch.

The same conditions as for neuroVIZR apply to VIVOBASE HOME and MOVE. For VIVOBASE CORPORATE, the terms agreed in your individual offer apply.

If a device is defective, the statutory warranty and the guarantee apply regardless of the return option: a 12-month hardware warranty for neuroVIZR and a 12-month warranty for VIVOBASE HOME and MOVE. More in the terms and conditions.

If you order as a consumer for delivery to Germany or Austria, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. It applies in addition to the money-back guarantee and independently of its conditions. The withdrawal information follows in its official wording:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eternal Echo AG, Heubachstrasse 59, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland, +41 79 105 65 24, info@neurovizr.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at vyra-wellness.com/en/legal/withdrawal. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
