Withdraw from contract
Here you can withdraw from a purchase made in the VYRA shop. You will receive a confirmation of receipt with date and time by email.
Declare your withdrawal
Enter your name, the order and the email address to which we should send the confirmation. By selecting “Confirm withdrawal” you declare your withdrawal.
What happens next
You immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email, with your details and the date and time of receipt. It confirms receipt, not yet the review: we check your withdrawal and then tell you how to send the goods back.
Deadlines, costs and refunds are set out in the withdrawal information. You can also withdraw by email, by letter or with the model withdrawal form.
Returns under the money-back guarantee
