Shipping costs depend on the delivery country:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

free, insured shipping; prices in CHF including VAT

Germany

free; prices in EUR, plus 19% import VAT and any customs duty

Austria

EUR 15.31; prices in EUR, plus 20% import VAT and any customs duty

We usually process orders within 3 working days. We do not ship at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery to Switzerland as well as to Germany and Austria usually takes 3 to 7 working days. The actual delivery time depends on the destination, customs clearance and the carrier.

As soon as your order is on its way, you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number you can use to follow the delivery.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein form a single customs territory, so no customs duties apply to deliveries to either country; VAT is included in the price.

Deliveries to Germany and Austria go from Switzerland into the EU with duties unpaid. Import VAT is due on import, 19% in Germany and 20% in Austria, calculated on the value of the goods and shipping; depending on the goods, customs duty may be added, plus the carrier’s customs clearance fee. These charges are not included in the price and are borne by you; the carrier usually collects them on delivery. You can see the estimated import VAT in your cart and before you pay.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because nobody can be reached, costs for sending it again may arise.

If your delivery is delayed, write to us at info@neurovizr.ch. Please report any transport damage as soon as possible, ideally with photos. Everything about returns and refunds is under Returns.

We ship VIVOBASE HOME and MOVE like neuroVIZR, on the same terms. For VIVOBASE CORPORATE, we agree delivery and any installation with you individually, after a joint assessment of the environment.
