Please read this information before your first session. It applies to all neuroVIZR models and supplements the user manual.

- Not for people with photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures.
- For adults aged 18 and over only.
- Never use it while driving or operating machinery.
- If in doubt, check with a doctor before first use.
Wellness products, not medical devices
neuroVIZR is a personal wellness device for relaxation, meditation and conscious breaks. VIVOBASE is wellness technology for people who want to engage more consciously with their increasingly connected environment.
Neither is a medical device, and neither is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information about the products and sessions is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a medical professional.
When you must not use neuroVIZR
neuroVIZR works with rhythmically pulsing light. Light of this kind can trigger seizures in susceptible people. Therefore do not use neuroVIZR
- if you have epilepsy, in particular photosensitive epilepsy,
- if you have had seizures in the past,
- if you are particularly sensitive to light,
- after a recent serious head injury or brain surgery,
- if you are under 18 years of age.
Check with a doctor first
If you have a neurological or mental health condition, are under medical care or have health concerns, talk to your doctor before use.
If in doubt: check with a doctor first, then start your first session.
Before your first session
- Read the user manual for your model.
- Complete the onboarding in the neuroVIZR app in full, including the check of your light sensitivity.
- If you pass the device on to someone else, take them through this check in the app as well.
During a session
- Never use neuroVIZR while driving, operating machinery or in any other situation that needs your full attention.
- Choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
- Stop the session immediately if you feel unwell or notice any unusual reaction.
Individual responses
Sessions can be experienced as an intense sensory experience. How people respond varies, and emotional reactions are possible. Session descriptions are for orientation only and are not medical recommendations. If needed, seek support from a medical or psychological professional.
VIVOBASE
- Use VIVOBASE in accordance with the supplied user manual.
- Installing VIVOBASE CORPORATE in an electrical cabinet is a job for a qualified electrician.
- We are happy to advise you on placement, mounting or use.
