Terms and conditions

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. This is how you order:

1. 1Choose a product and add it to your cart.
2. 2Check the products, quantities and delivery country in your cart, change them if needed and select “Checkout”.
3. 3Enter your email address, delivery address, phone number and payment details on the Stripe payment page.
4. 4Accept these terms and confirm that you have read the safety information.
5. 5Complete the payment. This places a binding order.

Until the payment is complete, you can correct your entries or cancel the process at any time. Once the payment is complete, you receive a confirmation by email, and the purchase contract is concluded. If a product is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund the amount paid in full if you do not wish to wait.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The contract is concluded in German or English.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, prices in Swiss francs (CHF) apply and include statutory VAT; insured shipping is free. For deliveries to Germany and Austria, prices in euros (EUR) apply; shipping to Germany is free, shipping to Austria costs EUR 15.31.

We ship from Switzerland with duties unpaid. For deliveries to Germany and Austria, import VAT (19% in Germany, 20% in Austria) and any customs duty are not included in the price. They are levied on import and borne by you; the carrier usually collects them on delivery, together with its customs clearance fee. You can see the estimated import VAT in your cart and before you pay.

The price shown in the shop at the time of your order applies. For VIVOBASE CORPORATE, the price in your individual offer applies. Obvious pricing and typing errors are excepted.

You pay when you order, via Stripe. The payment methods available are shown on the payment page. We ship your order as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Through the online shop we deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria, to the delivery address in your order. You choose the delivery country in your cart. Delivery times are estimates; you will find details under Shipping.

Benefit and risk pass to you as soon as the goods are handed over to you or to a person you have named. Until then, the shipment is insured. Please check the delivery on receipt and report any transport damage to us as soon as possible, ideally with photos.

The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies (Art. 197 et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations). Warranty claims become time-barred two years after delivery. Please report a defect to us as soon as you discover it, at info@neurovizr.ch.

neuroVIZR devices also come with a 12-month hardware warranty, VIVOBASE HOME and MOVE with a 12-month warranty. They apply in addition to the statutory warranty and do not limit your statutory rights. If you need to make a warranty claim, write to us and we will tell you how to proceed.

If you are a consumer resident in Germany, Austria or Liechtenstein, the mandatory warranty rights of your country of residence also apply.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to neuroVIZR and to VIVOBASE HOME and MOVE. You will find the conditions and procedure under Returns. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

If you order as a consumer for delivery to Germany or Austria, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, independent of the guarantee. Details are in the withdrawal information; you can also withdraw via Withdraw from contract. Mandatory withdrawal rights for consumers resident in Liechtenstein remain reserved.

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability under the Product Liability Act and any other mandatory statutory liability remain reserved.

neuroVIZR and VIVOBASE are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace medical advice. Please read the safety information before use.

The sessions for neuroVIZR run through the neuroVIZR app. The app and its content are provided by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's terms apply to its use. Content you unlock in addition in the app is not part of your order with us.

How we process personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

We may amend these terms. Your order is governed by the version published on this page at the time of your order.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Horgen. Mandatory places of jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its purpose. This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
