Frequently asked questions

What makes ROUGE different?
ROUGE works with nine red LEDs instead of white light and comes with exclusive ROUGE content in the app. It also includes the luxury case and an e-book.
Are there ongoing costs for the app?
No. For ROUGE, app access comes with no ongoing costs.
How do I charge ROUGE?
ROUGE has a built-in battery. To charge it you need a standard USB-C cable, which is not included. Once charged, sessions run without cables and the app connects via Bluetooth.
Will I see images during a session?
It differs from person to person. You keep your eyes closed during the session. Some people notice visual impressions in their very first session, others only after a few sessions. Both are normal.
Do I need my own headphones?
Yes, headphones are not included. neuroVIZR is designed not to get in the way of the headphones you already own. Any pair works; noise-cancelling headphones are even better.
How often can I do a session?
Daily, if you like. Start with one session a day and find out which sessions suit which moment. You can also combine two, for example one in the morning and one in the evening. If you feel overstimulated or tired, take a day off or choose a calmer session.
