Does DUALTECH need to be assembled?
It arrives partly assembled; only the footrest still needs to be fitted. If you choose assembly in your request, it is included in the offer.
Can I buy the chair online straight away?
No. You send us a request with the model, colour and delivery details and receive a non-binding offer including delivery and assembly. You only order once everything suits you.
What does delivery cost?
That depends on your address, floor and whether you want assembly. That is why we ask for these details and include delivery and assembly in the offer.
Why do you ask for the floor?
A massage chair is large and heavy. Knowing the floor and whether there is a lift lets us plan delivery right into the room.
